It would be an understatement to label Iikka Johansson as a chef or as a food stylist. None of these terms do him justice. In a world where generating impressions is key, Iikka has a meaningful role. Food is an emotional vessel and he knows how to steer the ship.

After working in several Michelin starred restaurants in Helsinki and Stockholm, Iikka joined Ääri in 2019.
